Frequently Asked Questions

Our Comprehensive course is a total of 450 hours with a unique mix of online access & in person, hands-on learning.   Each course is broken down online with 24/7 student access. giving you the ability to take it at your own pace.  While a portion of the curriculum does require in person, this hybrid approach allows you to complete your education on your schedule, finishing as fast as six months or taking up to a year to complete. Hours are comprised of online trainings, in person workshops, observations hours, practice teaching, and doing what you already love…self practice!

We intend to teach you! If you already knew all there is to know about Pilates, you wouldn't need our program.  We do expect some pilates experience (usually about 20 classes or private classes), and a commitment to engage in a serious program that will challenge you physically and mentally.  

It's also important to note that some of the best teachers are the ones who have had to overcome obstacles in their own practice.  Your future students will appreciate an instructor that can help them embrace their challenges and help them work through them.

At this time, we are not offering modular workshops, only Comprehensive. 

Not from us! We know that this is an investment and as long as you are committed to the program,  we are committed to you. This means that we do not assess a charge to practice teach in our studio or for its use. And because all of our curriculum is online and accessible to you 24/7, there are no additional materials therefore,  no additional charge for anything!

While employment with Pilates | Barre, LLC is not guaranteed, you will have the opportunity to sub while you are in our program, working on your hours.  

We do! Our standard financing option would require 50% of the tuition before the start of the program. The balance can be paid in 3 or 5 auto installments. The financing option has a one time $100 processing fee.
